Hi! I have been a dental hygienist for 40 years. I enjoy helping people achieve and maintain optimal dental health. I spend my free time hiking, gardening, and hanging out with my golden retriever, Maybelline.

I am originally from Illinois, grew up in Florida, and have now lived in North Carolina longer than anywhere else. I began my more than 30-year dental career as a dental assistant. I returned to school two years later to become a dental hygienist. In my free time I like to cook, read, and spend time with my senior black lab rescue Lily.
